On April 1st and 2nd, Valencia became the European epicentre of human-centric artificial intelligence. At INNEÜROPE, we had the honour of hosting the III General Assembly of the HUMAINE project — a key milestone to align visions, assess progress, and define the next steps in developing an innovative operating system that enhances human-AI interaction in key sectors such as healthcare, energy, manufacturing, smart cities, and finance.
Over two intense days of work at The Terminal Hub, the 17 consortium partners from across Europe shared much more than technical results.
We exchanged perspectives, challenged assumptions, and reaffirmed a common purpose: to design AI technologies that are useful, trustworthy, and ethical — and that respond to real-world needs.
The sessions included:
-
Evaluation of real-life pilot sites across various verticals
-
Refinement of key demonstrators
-
Co-creation workshops, Explainable AI (XAI), and Swarm Learning
-
Technical discussions on platform integration and benchmarking
INNEÜROPE’s Role in HUMAINE: Learn, Communicate, Empower
As an active and strategic member of the consortium, INNEÜROPE leads several core areas of the project:
1. Learning Center & Training
We coordinate the design and development of the HUMAINE Learning Center — a knowledge hub that integrates training content based on the project’s technical results.
We also manage the training programmes on human-AI collaboration, designing hands-on experiences through videos, animations, graphics, and interactive presentations. Additionally, we provide testing environments where users can experiment with the HUMAINE operating system and collaborative AI technologies.
2. Communication, Dissemination & Sustainability
INNEÜROPE also leads efforts to increase visibility and outreach of the project results.
This includes:
-
Developing a multichannel communication strategy
-
Building an active community around HUMAINE
-
Contributing to standards and public policies that support human-centric AI systems
-
Defining sustainability and long-term exploitation strategies
A Strong Consortium, A Shared Mission
The third General Assembly has not only served to review the path travelled so far, but also to strengthen alliances, activate synergies, and stay firmly on course towards an AI that improves lives, respects values, and delivers positive societal impact.
From all of us at INNEÜROPE, thank you to our partners for your engagement, your vision, and your unwavering commitment.
We continue working with purpose and responsibility to bring this vision to life.
Because artificial intelligence isn’t built on data alone — it’s built on purpose, collaboration, and people.
