Artificial intelligence is no longer an option, it’s a strategic necessity. And businesses know it. In this context, Inneürope, in collaboration with ValgrAI, has launched a pioneering training programme that has exceeded all expectations: over 300 professionals enrolled within just a few days, confirming the strong interest from companies in applying AI in a useful and effective way.

The course, titled “AI for Businesses: Keys to Understanding and Integrating It into Your Company,” is a free, online training funded by the European Union through the European Digital Innovation Hub of the Valencian Region (InnDIH). The objective is clear: to help SMEs adopt AI in key areas such as marketing, sales, customer service, and internal operations.

Using tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gamma, and Canva, participants learn how to identify opportunities, automate processes, and boost efficiency in a hands-on way. The programme also covers ethical and regulatory considerations, as well as the main public funding channels available for AI-related initiatives.

This type of initiative reinforces Inneürope’s commitment to accessible, results-oriented training that addresses the real needs of companies. As Susana Peñalver, Inneürope’s Director of Training, explains: “At Inneürope, we’ve spent the last ten years training SMEs in funding and internationalisation. But what they’re asking for now is AI — they want practical training, fast implementation, and tools to keep learning independently. That’s why we’ve partnered with ValgrAI.”

Due to the overwhelming response, a second edition is already in the works, and there is the possibility of organising tailored in-company training — both online and in-person — adapted to the specific needs of each business or sector. In addition, Inneürope is preparing a dedicated AI training programme for the banking sector in LATAM, helping bring the latest technologies to clients in a hands-on, applied way.
