Scope
Innovative project ideas in various fields
We invite submissions of innovative project ideas in diverse fields, including but not limited to:

- Deep Tech & Other New Technologies (e.g., AI, including applied AI, generative AI, ethical AI; data analytics and data spaces; cybersecurity and privacy; quantum/edge computing; IoT; smart manufacturing; Fintech; MedTech)..
- Climate, Sustainability & Environment (e.g., circular economy; zero-emission transport; disaster risk management*; energy, including renewable energy, energy transition, and efficiency solutions; climate mitigation and adaption; mobility solutions).
- Innovation, Digitalization & Entrepreneurship (e.g., innovation ecosystems and hubs; startup services; FSTP; capacity-building; boosting investment; acceleration and scaling up; Industry 4.0; digitalization across sectors; digital transformation)..
*In light of the severe storm (DANA) that resulted in significant urban and infrastructural flooding in Valencia in October 2024, special consideration will be given to projects focused on natural disaster risk reduction, early warning systems, and resilient infrastructure.

What should your proposal include?
Each project idea submission should include:
- Title and summary of the project.
- Project objectives and expected results.
- Duration of the proposed project.
- Consortium details. (e.g., universities, SMEs, research centers, associations, VET centers, etc.) and necessary roles, profiles, or technical expertise.
- Preferred EU program or call for proposals (if identified).
- Supporting documents and/or decks (optional).

Open Call Submission Period: April 10 – May 26, 2025
Submit your project idea by one of the three cut-off dates to be considered for a pitching slot at the EU Projects Summit by Inneürope:

• Cut-off 2: May 16, 2025
• Cut-off 3 (Final Deadline): May 26, 2025
Selection & Notification Timeline: May 8 – May 28, 2025.
After Cut-off 1

• 50% of available pitching sessions will be selected.
• Results communicated by May 8, 2025.
After Cut-off 2

• An additional 25% of sessions selected (bringing total to 75%).
• Selection may include projects from both Cut-off 1 and Cut-off 2.
• Results communicated by May 20, 2025.
After Cut-off 3 (Final Round)

• Final 25% of sessions selected (completing 100%).
• Selection may include projects from any of the cut-off rounds.
• Results communicated by May 28, 2025.
