During the first week of Venture Incubation Program, you’ll:

- Learn about the expectations and success criteria for Venture Incubation Program.
- Get to know the Venture Incubation community and the rest of your cohort
- Participate in the welcome workshop.

Weekly Learning Modules
Each week focuses on a different core startup capability, focusing on:

- Startup Foundations and Validation: Problem discovery, user-centric solutions, and validation tools to turn ideas into viable business opportunities.
- Product and Market Fit: Business modeling, and go-to-market strategy development.
- Team, Growth, and Launch: Practical sessions on funding, legal, HR, sales, and communication from experienced professionals.
- Technology Adoption: Artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other digital tools applied to business.

Mentorship, Ecosystem Access, and Final Pitch
Receive exposure to public and private funding opportunities, access to mentors, and entry points into European startup support pipelines.
The program culminates in the Final Pitch, where you’ll have the opportunity to present your idea to a jury of experts and innovation stakeholders.
