At Inneürope, we believe that training is not just a learning tool — it’s a true driver of change. That’s why we design programmes that connect innovation with today’s challenges, bringing knowledge where it can generate the greatest impact.
The first half of 2025 has clearly reflected this vision: six months of intense activity, new themes, strategic collaborations, and a growing community of professionals eager to learn, apply, and transform.
Over 400 people trained in 6 months
Between January and June, we launched 10 training programmes focused on key topics such as European funds, public funding, project management, and artificial intelligence. These courses were aimed at a wide variety of profiles: public sector professionals, corporate innovation leads, and technical staff from foundations and third-sector organisations.
In total, we’ve trained more than 400 people — with some courses exceeding 70 participants. This confirms the growing interest in public funding and emerging technologies.
Flagship courses and consolidated programmes
In the first half of the year, we celebrated the fifth editions of two of our most established programmes:
-
Introduction to European Funds for Foundations, in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Foundations (AEF)
-
University Expert Course in Fundraising (Public & EU Funding), developed with the University of Valencia
Both have become reference points for those seeking to understand what European funding is and how it works — with a practical, results-oriented approach.
AI takes centre stage: training that meets the moment
One of the major developments this semester was the launch of content on Artificial Intelligence applied to businesses — a topic that has sparked huge interest.
The response to the first edition exceeded all expectations: over 300 people registered, and we already have a waiting list for the second edition in September. The programme resonated strongly with SMEs, institutions and technical teams looking to understand how to implement AI realistically and effectively in their work.
In this first edition, we’ve trained professionals from more than 55 organisations, and the second edition for the autumn is already open. Soon, we’ll be unveiling new courses along the same lines, combining AI, sustainability, and emerging European trends.
Accelerating talent from Europe: Venture Incubation Program
Another major milestone this semester was becoming the only Spanish partner in the Venture Incubation Program by EIT Digital — a European initiative that supports digital entrepreneurs in transforming early-stage ideas into viable, scalable businesses.
Over 12 weeks, participants work to turn early concepts into strong startups with real growth potential — supported by international mentors, experts in AI and emerging tech, hands-on training, a European innovation network, and a methodology focused on action.
This initiative also inspires us to keep developing quality training and incubation programmes, strengthening our presence in key markets such as LATAM and Africa, where Inneürope already has experience.
What’s next
We’re closing the semester with great momentum and a new line-up of training programmes just around the corner. We’ll continue to focus on key topics like AI, digital transition, and emerging opportunities across Europe.
