On 22 and 23 October 2025, Inneürope participated in the 9th General Assembly of the FAME Project, held in Madrid and hosted by Atos. The two-day meeting gathered 35 partner organisations from across Europe, both on-site and online, to discuss the latest developments of the project and align on the next steps.
The General Assembly showcased significant progress in the FAME Data Marketplace, updates on the pilot projects, and demonstrations of the platform’s trusted and energy-efficient analytics. Partners also shared upcoming plans for training sessions, pilot showcases, and joint activities with the EUDATA+ Cluster.

Inneürope’s Role in FAME
As Work Package 7 (WP7) Leaders, Inneürope oversees the project’s communication, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement activities. Our goal is to ensure that FAME’s results reach the right audiences and foster collaboration across the data economy ecosystem.
Together with our sister company, WeGrant, we are also developing one of FAME’s pilot projects, exploring how the project’s technologies can be applied to EU and national funding opportunities for SMEs. This pilot will demonstrate how data-driven insights can support innovation and funding access for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The FAME Marketplace
The FAME Data Marketplace is at the heart of the project — a secure, interoperable, and user-friendly platform that enables organizations to share, access, and exchange data across sectors while ensuring trust, transparency, and compliance. The marketplace integrates advanced analytics, training resources, and interoperability tools, empowering users to unlock the full potential of their data in a sustainable, federated environment.
For end users, the FAME Data Marketplace provides a range of benefits that facilitate the secure access, sharing, and trading of high-quality data. Users can confidently engage with the platform, knowing that all data complies with EU regulations and adheres to the highest standards of data privacy, transparency, and security. The platform also ensures easy onboarding for both organizations and individual users, making it simple to access a diverse range of data assets from across industries.
Whether you’re looking to publish your data or access datasets from trusted sources, the FAME Marketplace offers a unified entry point that connects you with key stakeholders. By supporting both data asset providers and consumers, the marketplace fosters the development of data value chains, enabling businesses to integrate embedded finance solutions and AI-driven services. Additionally, with a focus on environmental sustainability and carbon footprint monitoring, FAME aligns with broader EU strategies, ensuring that the marketplace remains secure, sustainable, and compliant with European values.
By joining the FAME Data Marketplace, users gain access to the necessary tools, regulations, and resources to thrive in a data-driven world while maintaining sovereignty and trust in line with EU standards. Express your interest in joining the marketplace to publish or access datasets here.
Looking Ahead
Inneürope is proud to contribute to the advancement of data-driven innovation in Europe through the FAME Project. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with the consortium partners to build a more secure, connected, and sustainable data economy.
